Notary Manuel Busch was born in 1983 in Düsseldorf. He studied law in Germany and England. Subsequently, he worked as a research assistant in the public law department under Prof. Dr. Ralph Alexander Lorz.

Manuel Busch completed his legal clerkship with stints in Düsseldorf and Beijing. After roles at the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and in a management consultancy, he was appointed as a Notary Assessor in the district of the Rhenish Chamber of Notaries in 2018 and has worked with notaries in Düsseldorf and Mönchengladbach.

In June 2022, Manuel Busch was appointed as a notary with an official seat in Cologne. He safeguards the notarial deeds of his predecessors Ruth Günther-Dahlmann and Stefan Karpen, as well as those managed at their notary offices. Notary Busch notarizes in both German and English. He is married and has one child.
